Kavosh Joosh started mass welding procedures on continuous casting rollers, with thousands re-build now. The rollers are 2 layers with the latter layer made of stainless steel 13% chrome.

Rubber making rollers, hot rolled steels, pinch rollers; calenders are also welded and re-build. Hardness of the rollers HRC=55 All welding lathe, machining, thermal process, destroying and non – destroying tests are all made in Kavosh Joosh.

Kavosh Joosh is regarded as the first and biggest roller re-build executor in Iran with the capability to weld rollers of up to 25tons weight, one meter diameter and four meters length.

Welding and re-building project for train wheels has started in 2002 with more than 3,000 wheels. This project is exclusively made by Kavosh Joosh having an important role in our future rail industry.

All linear and rotary welding for hard facing projects are done. Shafts, Pistons, Cylinders are welded, production of hard facing plates using welding technology in different dimensions, designs and arcs are made as per buyer's order.

Started in 2002 the main activity is Submerged Arc Welding (SAW), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW). Meanwhile two pedestal cranes have also been made before 2004 when a private company has received authorization to act independently.
